How every signup works
- Start the experience: fill out a form, scan a QR code, join a game or choose a service or event.
- Enter your email: add a phone number now if you want alerts, or add it later.
- Verify the email: ACES sends a one-time code. Entering it creates or retrieves your ACES account.
- Get one account number: the verified email is tied to one private ACES customer record.
- Continue where you started: the game, list, event or service asks only for the extra details it needs.
- Build your profile over time: add a real name, screen name, photos, profile answers, phone, shipping address, social links or wallet address only when useful.
You can explore first; browsing the entertainment board and Poker Hub never requires an account.

One customer record.
Your verified email finds the same account whether you arrive through a QR code, a game, an event, MatchMe or a partner venue. Repeating the flow signs you back in; it should not create a duplicate identity.
Progressive profile.
Phone is encouraged for useful alerts but is not required to open the account. Real name, screen name, photos, profile answers, shipping address and social links are added only as the relevant service needs them.
Access follows status and role.
Account and card status unlock customer features. Sensitive staff permissions—such as admin, room manager or host access—also require an explicit, verified service role and never come from card level alone.
Your data stays on the right side of the door.
Public profiles may show a chosen name, avatar, role and information you explicitly approve for publication. Email, phone, wallet address, account identifiers, shipping address, identity evidence and MatchMe details are private by default.
Your ACES account number is an internal generated identifier—not a bank account number. A wallet address, if a feature genuinely needs one, is optional. ACES will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
The unified account is the canonical model. Existing Games, editorial and MatchMe systems remain separated and authenticated until their records are safely migrated behind this shared identity service.
