Affiliate Disclosure
ACESLIVEPH is a media and information platform funded primarily through affiliate relationships with online poker rooms, casinos, and gambling-adjacent services. This page explains those relationships in detail so you can make informed decisions.
What "affiliate link" means
Some links on ACESLIVEPH — particularly on our review pages, comparison pages, and within editorial articles — are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and subsequently sign up and deposit at the linked operator, ACESLIVEPH receives a commission payment from that operator. This costs you nothing extra. The operator pays us for the referral; you pay the same prices and play the same games as you would by going directly to the operator.
Operators we have or are pursuing affiliate relationships with
- ClubGG Poker
- Natural8 (GGPoker Asia)
- ACR Poker (Americas Cardroom / WPN)
- WPT Global
- CoinPoker
- PokerStars
- Booking.com (hotels — when integrated)
- Agoda (hotels — when integrated)
- Selected training products (GTO Wizard, Run It Once, Upswing Poker, etc.)
The list above reflects active and intended relationships as of the last-updated date. Some are formally signed; others are in application stage. We will update this page as relationships are added or removed.
How affiliate relationships affect our coverage — they don't
ACESLIVEPH editorial reviews and rankings are produced independently of our affiliate relationships. Sites are ranked in the order we'd recommend them to a friend, not in the order that pays us most. We do not accept money to write a positive review of something we wouldn't have recommended unpaid.
This is enforced through the following operating rules:
- Editorial decisions about what to cover and how to rank operators are made before any affiliate negotiation.
- An operator's affiliate payout structure (CPA rate, revenue share, flat fees) does not influence ranking position.
- If an operator threatens to pull an affiliate deal because of editorial coverage, we publish the piece, end the affiliate relationship, and write a separate piece about the threat with documentation.
- Our ranking methodology is published in each review for transparency.
Sponsored content and how it differs
Separately from affiliate links, we sometimes publish sponsored content where an operator pays for placement of editorial-style content (e.g., a "Player Spotlight" featuring one of their sponsored players, or a featured listing on a review hub page).
All sponsored content is clearly labeled "Sponsored" at the top of the post, in the URL meta-description, and (where applicable) verbally on YouTube videos. We retain editorial control over how sponsored content is framed; sponsors review only the factual accuracy of statements about themselves.
FTC and platform disclosure compliance
ACESLIVEPH targets a global audience including readers in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We aim to comply with the disclosure standards of:
- US Federal Trade Commission "Endorsement Guides"
- UK Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code
- EU consumer protection directives on commercial communications
- Philippine SEC and DTI guidelines on advertising
In practice, this means: every page with affiliate links includes a clearly labeled disclosure box (like the one at the top of every review).
Sponsored social media posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X are tagged #ad or #sponsored per platform requirements.
